Aaam Members Successfully Challenge Their Expulsion From Mk Party

Members of the All African Alliance Movement AAAM have successfully challenged their expulsion from the uMkhonto weSizwe Party in the Western Cape High Court.

The AAAM members allege that MK Party leader, former President Jacob Zuma sidelined them.

The court, in an order dated 4 December 2024, reviewed and set aside their expulsion and removal of their names on candidate lists.

The clergy approached the High Court for it to review and set aside the decision by the National Assemblys Speaker, to refuse to swear them in as Members of Parliament.

The disgruntled members of the clergy argued before the court that the All-African Alliance Movement had a working agreement with the MK Party.
