30-year-old Woman Arrested For Alleged Murder Of Boyfriend

A 30-year-old woman has been arrested for the alleged murder of her boyfriend in Dark City, Phahameng in Bloemfontein.

Police spokesperson Mahlomola Kareli says officers received information about a murder and upon arrival at the house they discovered that the man had been stabbed once in the chest.

Kareli says further investigation led to the arrest of his girlfriend who was found in the house.

A possible murder weapon was recovered at the scene.

Meanwhile, three men will appear in the Orkney Magistrates Court in the North West tomorrow on a charge of attempted murder.
