The Super Eagles had their first training session ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying tie against Rwanda in Kigali on Tuesday afternoon.

Twenty-two players took part in the session supervised by head coach Eric Chelle.

It was also the teams first training under Chelle since his appointment in January.

The Super Eagles opened camp for the clash with the Amavubi on Monday.

The three-time African champions will have two more training sessions before the encounter with Adel Amrouches side.
