14 Suspects To Appear In Court For Bloemfontein Cbd Robbery

Fourteen suspects arrested for alleged robberies that took place in the Bloemfontein CBD in the Free State will appear in the local magistrate court today.

This follows video footage that went viral on social media depicting violent attacks on people in the CBD.

A woman is seen in the video being forcefully pulled out of a vehicle by six men while robbing her of her belongings.

In another incident, a man is assaulted and pickpocketed by a group of men.

Police say the suspects face charges of aggravated robbery.
